This single-story office building is home to the superintendent and administrative staff of the Germantown Municipal School District. A multipurpose room for board meetings, conference rooms, offices, and a warehouse are included. 

Light wells and folding glass walls respond to the need for various size groups to gather in interior spaces with natural daylight. The architecture uses ordinary construction materials in extraordinary ways. Brick details amplify highlights and shadows to create a textured exterior wall.

The building is part of a new campus that includes Forest Hill Elementary School.  My role extended from program development through all phases of design and documentation.
