Standing 34-stories and approximately 377 feet tall, the tower serves as the signature element of the North Hills mixed-use development.  The project includes 376 luxury multifamily apartments with amenities including a rooftop pool and club. My role on this full-service project focused on developing construction details & bid documents, reviewing codes & standards, responding to governing agency review comments, and coordinating design decisions within a large group of consultants.
