This luxury residential and office high-rise building features condos with amenities that raise the standard for high-end residential living in Atlanta. Several levels of Class A offices fill the lower half of the tower. Retail and restaurant space at street level address the pedestrian scale of the dense urban context. 

My role as project architect focused on the building envelope, coordinating structure and building systems with complex core elements – elevator, egress stair, electrical, and mechanical space - while refining the building geometry to address residential unit layouts
