This mixed-use development in the urban core of Bangkok includes an expansive retail component, hotel, residential, and office.  The geometry of the small site and the complex zoning requirements for building setbacks influenced a design solution that includes an internal street that rises over the retail podium to accommodate separate arrival courts for the hotel, office, and residence at different levels. My role as lead architect involved establishing the design direction for the site plan, creating an architectural concept and aesthetic while coordinating the design team’s production of presentation materials for the competition submission.
